Eyebrow Colour

I am a starter with eyebrows and recently I just got obsessed! I want to purchase Anastasia Beverly Hills’ Brow Wiz but I’m uncertain of the colour best suited for me. I have dark brown – black hair (my ends are a medium brown) and my eyebrow colour are dark brown- black. I definitely want a very, very natural look, nothing too extreme or bold.
Here are the shades:

Taupe – Light to dark blonde hair.
Medium Brown – Light to medium brown and silver hair.
Dark Brown – Medium brown to black hair.
Caramel – Golden brown to light brunette hair.
Ebony – Dark brown to black hair.
Soft Brown – Medium brown hair.
Granite – Very dark brown to black hair with cool or ashy tones.
Chocolate – Warm brown to dark brown hair.
Auburn – Strawberry blonde to auburn hair.

I know this may seem like a very stupid question, but I just wanted to be sure and your opinion matters to me! I’ve seen soft brown and I think it looks great but I’m not too sure?! Would do you think?

I recently purchased the Ash Brown Dip Brow pomade. My hair is mid-brown/grey.
The colour is perfect, and I’m finding it great to apply and it lasts all day!

Awww thanks Trish and Scray Scray. The past year hasn’t been great for me and work especially has been quite bad which is why I haven’t been on the forum. I did crazy hours sometime working from 8am to midnight so by he time the weekend comes I just crash. But I just started a new job 2 weeks ago and it’s so much better with the work hours. So now I have a bit more time to do other things outside of work!! Thanks for the birthday wishes Trish!! I had a good birthday even tho I got sick shortly after that.
    Xoxo

Try the ELF brow palette in ASH, it’s really good.

I have black brows yet my hair is dark brown. I have used so many brow products, including pencils, gels etc from many brands and I have to say that to get the best looking eyebrows I find an angled eye brush with the right colour eyeshadow works the best for me. I use NARS single eyeshadow in Bali (a magnificent dark brown) which is a fabulous colour as it blends well into my black brows in a natural way.

Hey I have black hair too! I have used most colours in the brow whiz/pomade range. Ebony was way too stark on me. The best match for me were either chocolate or medium brown. Chocolate has a hint of red (if you inspect closely) medium brown doesn’t. I like medium brown in both pomade and whiz because depending on how much product I put on I can go from medium brown to an almost black (but not ebony) colour. Dark brown is good too however I don’t have as much colour range, I only use dark brown if I want my brows to look really stark (night out makeup) but more forgiving than ebony.

I would suggest medium brown in either pomade or whiz, because that one colour can do a natural look to a more “made up” look, if you layer it on. It’s just more versatile. Good luck!
