Rate a doctor

Ok, so I’m looking for a GP in the south east Brisbane (or Ipswich) area but when I looked for a site that rated doctors, nothing came up so I thought everyone could “rate a doctor”. Good doctors, bad doctors, it doesn’t matter but please put the name of the doctor and the area/clinic/hospital they work at. (the reviews can be about any doctor in Queensland as I want others to benefit from this topic)

    I don’t think you can really ‘rate a doctor’ per se, as that can lead to potential defamation and a lawsuit (something you do not want to do with a profession of that nature).

    Should you have the name of a specialist, you can look them up by name or go through the Department of Health for further information about their qualifications.

    I would recommend my GP (whom I have seen for easily eight years), however I am in the central Brisbane area.

    Alycia, I have a friend that lives in Brisbane, and she recommends a good doctor called Dr See in Camp Hill. Apparently he is a thorough and caring doctor.

    When I lived in Brisbane, I went to a fabulous holistic doctor called Dr Pee Tek Chan in Toowong. He integrates Western and Chinese herbal medicine. I really wish that I could still see him, but now I live too far away.
