Jillian Micheals Body Shred DVD

So I am contemplating trying out the Jillian Micheals Body Shred dvd, I am new to home workouts, I am a runner and a boxer but would like to tone up many areas of my body, something running cant do. I would like to know if anyone has tried this one out and how did you find it, does it work etc, obviously it has to be used in conjunction with healthy food something I do anyway but their are areas of my body that id like to tone, like my legs, arms and tummy.

    I have done the 30 day shred. It isn’t easy, but I noticed a definite difference in my stamina and body shape. Awesome for muscle toning, if that’s what you want to do.

    I worked out with Jillian before and I remember I enjoyed the trainings. Standard exercises and if done regularly the results will be quite nice. I like to switch my exercises everyday so I opted for free Fitness Blender on YouTube as they have everything: cardio, HIIT, strength, toning. Easy to write a weekly workout too. The best results I get from Polish trainer called Ewa Chodakowska, but yeah, it is in Polish only unfortunately.

      What a coincidence but my ex sis in law is polish and I still keep in touch with her and she swears by Ewa but I cant understand polish, what a shame, maybe I can somehow to some thing to translate or something. Thanks for this hun x

    If I can make a suggestion, have a look into 28 by Sam wood, his program is great and he has one for strengthen and tone. I personally have noticed a massive change and at $49 a month it’s good value for money. ($55 first month $49 after)
    There are 6 levels of workouts so you can suit it to your needs….. just a suggestion

      Thank you so much for this, unfortunately for now I need to rest as I injured my ankle doing donkey kicks, but I had a look at this on the net and it has fantastic reviews, so looks like this will be the one, thanks heaps x
