doTERRA whats your opinion?

Hi Beauties
Just wondering what’s your opinion on doTERRA essential oils? I’m thinking of buying the started kit/diffuser and would like your feedback. Is it worth it? or are other essential oils brands much the same?

TIA

Monique

I adore them as well. I recently learned that the U.S. Map 2022: Abortion is Banned or Severely Limited in a number of States. And I found this https://publicnewstime.com/news/u-s-map-2022-abortion-is-banned-or-severely-limited-in-a-number-of-states/ link on google. You can also check it once. This post will also be very helpful for you. Do you have any knowledge of this? If you have any information on this, kindly let us know. I want to know more about this as well. I love the oils, they are quality and have a nice smell. The only negative is that they are expensive

I really love the doterra essential oils. I started collecting in october last year and I already have over 30 different oils. I use them for everything from low energy, anxiety, infections to acne, bug repellents and headaches. Could’t recommend enough

Monique926, you started this thread about doTERRA essential oils, but you may also be interested in the following general thread on essential oils. There are a few other threads on essential oils, but this one has the most recent and helpful information:

Thanks so much for your feedback. I ended up buying the essential collection kit plus diffuser. I use the lavender and peppermint at night, I cant believe how I fall asleep so easily now, I’ve always had problems relaxing at night. I sometime don’t actual diffuse the lavender but just smell it and get the same affect. Also my daughter had a nasty cough so I used the easy air/lavender plus some oregano on her feet. It helped her to breathe at night plus manage to get a good night sleep. I must admit, its expensive, but you only need a few drops because its so pure and authentic. I now want to buy so many more oils and get blending.

I am interested in knowning if you ended up buying any? Im keen to try the lemon oil and grapefruit in water. I also want a diffuser. Spent some time at my sisters over the weekend and she had a diffuser going with different oils. We all commented on how relaxing it was and just walking into the house had a calming feel.

I love them. I think they are more superior to other brands. I have about a dozen of them and add to what I have each month. I actually just placed an order for Oregano oil to use in a “flu bomb” blend. Easy Air is a great one to start with (good when you have a cold). I use the peppermint oil when I have migraines. I put a few drops of the Lemon in my drinking water. I use Citrus Bliss when I clean (I add it to the water in my steam mop) and also diffuse it with cedarwood. If you use Pinterest, you can find lots of blends for the oils and also what each oil is used for.

I was so impressed with the wild orange. I used it in a spray bottle with water on shower door, the soap scum came right off. I`m defiantly going to use Pinterest to look for some blends. I also found some closed facebook groups who gave some very helpful tips on how to use the kit I brought.

Monique, this is a really excellent question! I wondered the same myself. A friend of mine in the US is a doTERRA rep and she sent me a sample pack to try because my kids are sick all the time. She swears by doTERRA for keeping herself and her family well.

The oils themselves are most definitely superior quality to what you find in the health food stores. Many of them are food-grade and my friend cooks with the oils a lot – lemon, basil, oregano in soups, Rosemary in stews or braises, etc. Personally I prefer to use herbs, but the oils are convenient if herbs are out of season.

I was very impressed with the quality of the oils. So much so that I will definitely buy doTERRA over other brands. Unfortunately, I saw no improvement in our rate of infections. I would absolutely buy their oils for diffusing or even consumption, but they’re no match for my primary school aged kids and their germs. I know a lot of people who swear by them though.

My friend is also a rep too and swears by it that`s why I wanted to give it ago.
I haven`t got around to use some oils in food I do prefer to use fresh herbs instead but I heard the lemon is lovely in cold water. I`m impressed with the quality also, you only need the smallest amount. My concern now is I want to buy so many more oils, might have to hide this obsession from my hubby 🙂
