Burn Out

Recovering from physical, mental or emotional burnout is a process that requires patience, and lots of self TLC. Be kind to yourself, eat well, get enough sleep, get fresh air every day and drink lots of water. Don’t beat yourself up if it’s hard some days, just try to do your best and stick with it. It may seem like a long road to recovery but it starts with one small step.

    OK, I agree totally. I’m not sure why you posted this but I understand. There is a lift self esteem forum you could post under.
