what is the best hair, skin and nails vitamin?

Just wanted to add to this thread – I usually use VOOST Hair, Skin & Nails and all VOOST vitamins are currently $3 (rather than the usual $10) at Chemist Warehouse should anyone want to try them! It’s such a good deal, I stocked up like a maniac on every vitamin in their range… especially now in winter!

I like Blackmore’s hair skin and nails vitamins. They’re pretty affordable when they’re on half-price and they seem to work quite well too!

Would like to check out Sugar Bear Hair soon. Heard it is good for hair growth and maintain healthy hair.

Please help. My hair has always been my pride and joy. I figured since it is pretty damn healthy, it could deal with some bleach damage. And I figured the master stylist who did all the color-corrections would know how much would be too much. I was wrong, and now I want to burst into tears every time I look at my hair or touch it. I just don’t know what to do. My hair has also NEVER been shorter than this and it breaks and falls out. What should I do to regrow hair?
