Tea

Iam such a tea lover and have been for so many years I’m only 23 and my friends call me a grandma with my tea. I can’t go a day without some warm delicious tea. My favourite is Lipton green tea vanilla it’s fairly new and I am so glad that they created this flavour. Throughout the day I like to have peppermint tea with lunch and then before bed Chamomile every single night. It really helps me wind down and enjoy some down time before a busy next day of work.

Tea is the best because it’s so versatile and comes in so many varie-teas (sorry, couldn’t resist). I love black tea with milk and sugar or honey, and I like to have a herbal before bed (chamomile, rooibois, peppermint, cinnamon).
This winter I made my own ginger teas to help get my colds out of my system, and also dried peppermint leaves from my garden to use in teas or cooking.
In summer I want to buy more frui-tea (sorry again) blends and drink them cold or at room temperature as another way to increase my water intake. I can’t think of a tea I wouldn’t try…are there any blends you don’t like?

I am also a tea lover and my all-time favourite if Twinings Infusions Raspberry, Strawberry and Loganberry. I love how it is caffeine free, so i can drink it at night and it won’t keep me up;)

T2 Brand is amazing for all types of tea – except the black label one which smells like rubber, I personally don’t like that one.
I also really love the brand called Higher Living, they sell it in Coles and Safeway. My two absolute, all time favourites for this brand are the Chai Green Tea and the Coconut Green Tea one! The both smell absolutely divine and I go through so much of them! Plus, added bonus is they are easily accessible and don’t need to be ordered in or come from a specialised store!

I love green tea and white tea, i used to drink green tea and now im drinking white tea, it has too many benefits.

Also its rarely available here and its become my favorite, taste is awesome.

I just received an email from T2 about their new dessert inspired teas which sound pretty good! Unfortunately (for me) none of them are black teas so I probably won’t try them.

For those that are interested they have:

I usually just drink green tea as its the most beneficial . My favorite is Madame Flavour Mint Chocolate tea-like a dessert almost!
Your Tea have an incredible variety and all beneficial for different purposes . Only tried Her Tea and Skin Magic so far but they are amazing and i plan to try more varieties soon

T2 is amazing – the smells! I find most teabags too weak – tea leaves are where it’s at.
