Light and Easy.

Hey Beauties,

The past few months I have gained weight. I do know the reasons why. Too much Junk.

In a week both John and I are going on Light and easy. John will be doing dinners only and ill be doing breakfast lunch and dinner.

I know we wont be on it for ever and I know that if I go straight from light and easy and back to my normal I will gain so much. But I also am going to learn how to eat well.

We worked it out and it cost more to get normal shopping. Also me not going to the supermarket I wont have the Temptations.

Has anyone tried it and what do you think?

    Hi Junope

You sure can, thing is the site automatically signs you up to keep continuing your order so make sure you uptick this option when creating your account.

You have to pay a one off esky fee of $6 for the first time ordering.

I used it for a few weeks, my bf lost heaps of weight (like 7 kgs in 4 weeks) but it did not work for me (and I had a problem with all the excessive packaging tbh and did not like all of the meals) it is v. convenient and does teach good portion control

I keep getting emails from them all the time so here is a 15% discount code..that’ll teach them for spamming me!

before May 17, 2013 and when you reach the Pack Selection page enter the code “Apr1315%” into the Promotion Code box or call 13 15 12 and mention this offer.

We had to stop it as when its bill month gas, water and electricity we don’t have the $170 a week. So me and my Aunt are going to start weight watchers tonight.

The food was great we both love it. There was only 3 items I did not like. I do wish I could keep doing it but $170 compared to $15 a week.

I’m a little iffy about the whole counting and points system as I’m not that type of person.
I’m going to give this ago as well as the wii fit, wii zumba and walking dusty. I just also need some good motivation.
Its really hard to explain how I feel as I’m 87kilos but I feel like I’m 200.

I’ve also heard good things about lite and easy, the lunches are great especially for this time of year when work starts to ramp up in business and you get really busy, seems very convienient for that.

I wish I could get it but I live in the sticks so they charge a pretty hefty delivery surcharge

Hi votrebelle, I am very proud of my hubby, he has done extremely well and he’s not one for sticking to diets but lite and easy is so easy.

    Hi Mel
My hubby is on Lite and Easy at the moment and is doing really well. He is terrible at resisting temptations but even he can stick to it and has lost 7 kgs in the first 4 weeks. That was a great boost for him so stick to it and I am sure you will lose lots of weight. The food is really nice and having a set plan is great. He is only on lunches and dinners and has his own cereal for brekky and he doesnt exercise at all. Good luck Mel.

    Wow! He’s done really well!

A few years back I had a student who was on it. He was a medical dr doing his masters of surgery in my lab so between doing experiments and working shifts at the hospital he got into really bad eating habbits. It was super convenient for him as it meant that he always had a decent meal on him and didnt have to rely on the crappy hospital cafeteria food. He needed to loose some weight though I dont think that he was being too serious about weight loss as, if the rest of us were going out for a milk shake, he would always join us. I think you can get fantastic result from it, you just need to be fairly disciplined and not have crappy snacks between meals.

At first i was thinking the meal size would make me hungry. But I have been full all day 🙂

Both john and I loves the dinner meals 🙂 We have only had one bad one each and thats there currys.

I’ve heard weight watchers is a really, really good one too.

It’s all about portion size and ‘points’, so you still get to eat what you want but you learn how much to eat and things like that.

I’ve had friends who have had amazing results!

I’m 60k at the moment, but I am meant to be around the 55k mark. I have the worlds biggest sweet tooth (and i love for all things bad like hungry jacks!) so i know how much of a struggle it is!

I got my lazy butt out of bed at 6am to walk before work. I thought I’d die, but it felt pretty good!

I just got mine today 🙂
I was thinking god there is a lot of food. But the gave me 5 extra frozen lunch meals.

Gave them a quick call and there was a error on there side. They have not charged me extra and I get to keep them.

Try not to eat the extra meals or diet is out the window on week one LOL .. Good luck with it! Let us know the results 🙂

The extra meals will be for john as he is just on dinners.

No diet for me just a healthy move.
