Keeping healthy
As Mum always said “eat your vegetables” we might not have known it then but she was going somewhere with that. Vegetables are so, so good for you! I love veges! 1 because they taste amazing. 2 because the natural goodness they have in them is just wow. For a quick fix of veges I like to chop up some broccoli, pumpkin, asparagus and zucchini! Try boiling the pumpkin till its just cooked and throw it all in a pan with some evo or butter because, butter is yum. And add whichever spices you like. Cajun spice is a good one with pumpkin 😊 experiment. Just a wee idea ☺
