It's been ages since I have posted (sorry about that)..
I have been having alot of issues with my stomach for a while now (extreme bloating, pain, gas etc) after being disappointed with getting any help from GP's I decided to see a Naturopath yesterday who has suggested some tea and flower essence drops, Inner Health tablets and a low FODMAPs diet (IBS diet). It's been less than 24 hours and I feel so much better and my tummy is the flattest I have seen it in a very very long time!
I was just wondering if any other beauties have been or are on the FODMAPs diet and how you have found it?
There is not loads on the net and I am even considering starting a new blog with recipes etc. as am a huge foodie :-)
