Weird foot skin 😳

So I was just wondering if anyone else has like, dead? Foot skin? I don’t know what the heck it is but whenever I get out of the shower I have skin coming off the bottom of my foot? Does anyone else have this, and how do I fix this? Please help! It’s so irritating and weird!

A good (cheap) alternative to the Scholl Pedi is a Pumice Stone – you can pick them up cheaply in Priceline, or other chemists. They may look a bit scary before using it, but because you’d be using it to rub off dead / hard skin on your feet, they’re pain free. I find they’re a quick & easy way to keep my feet looking their best, just by using in the shower once a week or so. Maybe do it at night & then apply one of the super thick foot creams on, for intense moisturising benefits

I have extremely dry feet but now I’m getting worried about my toes !!! My little toes are “splitting” at the top where the nail begins to grow. If I’m not careful, the whole nail can peel off. Ouch !!!
Anyone else had this problem ? What causes it ?

I have the same issue after a really bad bout of contact dermatitis. Now I see a podiatrist every 3 months for a ‘clean’. As well as my regular pedi I use the cream she gave me twice a day and my feet have improved sooooo much! Might be worth a one off appointment if it’s not too bad!

I don’t have an issue of my skin coming off in the shower or anything but my feet are getting super dry as I get older. I find that L’Occitane’s Shea Butter foot cream is amazing for keeping them softer. I use a foot file (omg, I feel so old) and scrub the dead skin away a few times a week. If I do it more often, the less cream I need to use.

I just bought the Scholl Velvet Smooth electric foot file in Chemist Warehouse over the weekend – atm it’s $29.99. Pretty good actually, but if you’re ticklish, then just be aware that it will tickle you when you use it. After you use that, pop on some foot cream (I highly recommend either one of the Burts Bees ones – the thicker Coconut one, or the thinner Peppermint – the thicker one is probably better for winter, but I use it all year round), then pop on cotton socks to allow it to absorb. Hopefully the end result will be nice, smooth feet. :o)

I shall try the Scholl Electric Foot File and a good foot cream 😊 thank you all so much, lol my feet are super ticklish this is going to be fun 😂

I suffer from dry skin too and my feet are very prone to this condition.I have got myself a
Scholl foot scrubber. It is fantastic,I use it each day just before I shower and after I shower I put on moisture cream all over my feet and then a pair of socks until the cream has been absorbed into the skin. Result nice looking feet no dead skin. I wish I had been able to use this years ago I have been trying everything and this is is very best results yet. Good luck

Oh my god thank you. I’ll give it a try and hope for the best 

The correct name of the Scholl item is Scholl Velvet Electric foot file. Its about $50.00 but if you look you can sometimes get it cheaper.. The cream you can use is called Neat Feet. Best of luck.
