Still using and loving this product!!!! Can’t wait to get more colours!!!

  • 9 yrs, 7 mths ago

I bought a duo pack and I’m in love! Must buy a few more – I looooove how shiny my nails are and no chips in sight!

  • 9 yrs, 7 mths ago

My Priceline didn’t have any last time I went there. Hopefully they will get them soon.

I wonder if you could use the Revlon equivalent top coat with these?

  • 9 yrs, 7 mths ago

Unfortunately my local Priceline didn’t have any of these, and they didn’t appear to be online either. Here’s hoping we get the full colour range. I would really love to try these. I’m keeping an eye on the reviews for both this and the Revlon version. I love my gel manicures, but they are pretty hard on your nails.

    Hi there,
You can find the full range of Miracle Gel on both the Sally Hansen Australian website and the Priceline website.

    Priceline Miracle Gel: https://www.priceline.com.au/cosmetics/nails/nail-polish/miracle-gel-colour-14.7-ml
Miracle Gel can be brought from Priceline, Chemist Warehouse, Target, selected pharmacies and selected Myer stores.

Yep, as Cocoabutter said, they’re sold in a pack at the moment (which is a bit silly)…I can only hope they eventually decide to sell them separately!

It’s funny that they are still cheaper than the Revlon ones which are sold separately. 😛

The MUA at my local Priceline said they were only going to be sold with the Top Coat as a duo, which I think is ridiculous since I may want 6 colors, but I sure as he!! don’t want 6 Top Coats. In the US, they sold them as a duo as a special bonus at first, then just the colors on their own, so hopefully the same will happen here. And I have read reviews by a number of US nail bloggers reporting that the Top Coat works well with other non-SH colors. So it may be worth trying it with different brands. Maybe it plays nicely with some brands but not others?

    Hi there,
Thanks for your feedback, The full range of Miracle Gel is now in stores – there’s 18 shades and top coat which are all sold separately for $16.95. If you go into stores now we do have 9 shades in the duo pack available for a limited time at the hot offer $19.95.
    Check out which shade you like on our website;

Only Miracle Gel Top Coat works with our Miracle Gel colour formula to create a long-lasting high-shine finish.

Sadly mine only lasted three days before it started to chip and flake off 🙁

I am going to try it again but I want to paint my nails during the day to see if setting it in natural light will make a difference compared to artificial light. It is hard to be home in time to paint during daylight though with work and the weather that makes it darkish by 5pm.

    Hi there,
Thanks for your feedback, We recommend starting with clean dry nails, then apply two coats of colour, leave to touch dry and then apply the Top Coat. Although Miracle Gel does dry in artificial light, we do recommend drying your nails in natural light for the best results. Let us know how you go!

This product sounds good! Only thing though, how do you remove it?

You can remove Miracle Gel with regular nail polish remover.

The Priceline in Melb has 4shades, but have to buy them with top coat. Hopefully they will sell the colours individually soon

I agree with Coconal! I tried the SH top coat with my MaxFactor polish and it acted like a normal top coat, chipping on day 3. What a shame, but I guess if it worked well for all polishes…Sally Hansen wouldn’t sell too many of their Miracle Gel polishes.

Wait, does the Miracle Gel top coat sell separately?

I also believe the brush was too fat and since I’m not pro at doing my nails, I had a lot of blue nail polish to clean up (make sure you absolutely clean all the messy edges BEFORE applying the top coat or the top coat will sort of seal in the mess too haha).
I got so excited about using the top coat I left some blue thinking I’d remove it later but boy oh boy it was difficult then.

My perfect mani stayed til day 4 and I removed it on day 7 (a bit of tip-wear action happening) because I got sick of the colour! It was fabulous that I was able to have chip-free nails for so long 🙂 Loved the finish and I felt like the top coat sealed the colour in quite nicely.

I felt invincible when I had it on, opened all my eyeshadow palettes without fear, scratched sticky tape off everything and it was fine 🙂

Removal was awesomeeee, super easy like normal creme polish removal.

I was really happy with the performance, it lasted perfectly on me until I took it off because I wanted to change shades. 😛

I tried the topcoat with another polish I owned and it definitely didn’t have the same longevity…so basically I don’t think we can recreate that effect with other brands, sadly.

I wanted to pick up more colours but my Priceline doesn’t have these in yet.

I have only one negative thing to say about this, I wish the brush stem was a little slimmer, you get too much build up on the mouth of the bottle because it’s so chunky!

    Hi there,
Thanks for your feedback. We recommend wiping away the excess polish around the mouth of the bottle with nail polish remover to avoid polish build up.
