Revlon Gel Envy Trial Team

I am writing a review for Revlon ColorStay Gel Envy Longwear Nail Enamel in the shade Winning Streak (lavender). Even with the Diamond Top Coat, this shade chips within 24 hours after I apply it. I have also tried the nail polish with Esse All In One as a base coat, and it still chips quickly. Does anyone have any hints on how to make this nail polish last longer? Are some shades more prone to chipping than others?

I have very fragile nails with vertical ridges, so this could be contributing towards the poor longevity.

Not on the trial but I did get this shade and a top coat at Priceline on Saturday. Not sure how long their sale is on for. Applied yesterday morning. I think it needed more curing time. I went outside for 5minutes in the sun but two nails have marks on them.

I’ve bought 2 different colours of these nail polishes. Royal Flush is a gorgeous fuchsia colour. Perfect for my toes. I’m really happy with it. The only reason I took it off after 2 weeks was because of regrowth showing. It otherwise looked as fresh as the day I applied it. It was easy to remove with regular nail polish, but it did leave the nail quite stained. Doesn’t matter, since it’s my toenails, and they are never without nail polish.
But……I bought Cardshark. Beautiful soft pink colour. I’ve applied to fingers and toes. I love the colour, but it’s really really streaky. I’ve had it on since Saturday, and it’s gotta go! Can’t stand looking at it anymore. Shame, cos I it’s a really nice colour. Anyone else have this problem?

Aw thank you Indie. I am pretty pleased with it. It’ll be impossible to remove though. It has about three coats of top coat alone 🙂

I got permission from the BH ladies to enter the BH and Revlon nail art comp as I don’t use social media. So here’s my blue and green nail look. It’s my first time trying to seriously do nail art and I’m really proud of it (despite it being a bit dodgy).

I’m not on the trial team, but I did buy some of this, and OMG I’m so impressed. I’ve been wearing it on my toes for over two weeks, and it still looks as fresh and shiny as the day I applied it. Not a single chip in sight. I’m hanging out for it to come on sale again so I can get more.
