Cuticle Problems!

Hello bh lovers! I have serious issues with my cuticles. They are dry, on some fingers non existent, uneven and in general just yucky and embarrassing. What are your remedies? I don’t have an endless budget and with a little boy due to make his way into the world any day now not a lot of time on my hands too. Open to all suggestions!

Although I haven’t used it consistently I didn’t see much results immediately from burt’s bees. I used to use this sally hansen apricot cuticle cream that was great though

    Hey there!
I know that people have been recommending Burt’s Bees Cuticle Creme (which is on promotion for $11.99 at Priceline right now!) and I hear that it is an excellent product but, I would like to highly, highly recommend Lush’s Lemony Flutter. It’s 50g which is much more value than Burt’s Bees 17g and if not on promotion, Burt’s Bees would cost around $14.99. At Lush, Lemony Flutter is $16.50 which is approximately just $2 extra. Lemony Flutter has such a soft, creamy consistency and you just only need a dab!

If you’re low on budget and not looking around for something really expensive, I suggest you go for CND’s Solar Oil (3.7ml); I basically live off this product! If you search for reviews online, you’ll know that nail fanatics go crazy for Solar Oil! It immediately moisturises your cuticles the instant it touches it and best of all, it’s pretty cheap for this tiny bottle.

If you’re looking for CND’s Solar Oil, you can always look online for it or visit SA Hair Supplies at Level 8, The Dymocks Bld 428 George St
    Sydney NSW 2000
which is, if I remember, around $4 (3.7ml). Let me tell you now, even though the bottle is small, it will last you for a long time and it just gets the work done!

Nuxe lip balm is wonderful for dry lips, and fantastic for cuticles.

Another good one to try is NS-5 Cuticle & Nail Complex. It’s only $9.95 for the tube, and it’s not at all greasy, so there’s no greasy fingers when used during the day.

I agree with the Nuxe lip cream being great for cuticles!
Sadly I didn’t like it much for my lips. I must be the only person in the world not to! 🙁
But at least it got me using it on my cuticles so as not to waste the product!

The ns-5 is a fantastic product too! it absorbs faster than the Nuxe and is so user friendly with the applicator!

Berts Bees have a great cuticle cream in a little round tin, with a lemon on it. It is fantastic! I LOVE all Berts Bees products, love their lip balms!
