Which hair dryer to buy?

I need a new dryer. I have been looking at reviews and GHD and Parlux seem to be the most popular. I have really thick hair. Any suggestions on which hairdryer is better ?

I eventually plumped for my Ultralight Professional Ionic hair dryer after reading masses of reviews – very lightweight, approx 12 ozs, dual voltage, 3 year warranty plus all the other good things listed on their website. A hairdryer is a bit like a pen, it has got to feel right the minute you start using it. This is exactly what I felt when I used mine for the first time. My daughter and granddaughter were visiting from Holland last April and they almost walked off with it, just stopped them in time!

I have fine hair, but lots of it and it tends to be very frizzy and un-tameable (if that is a word). I have the Parlux Eco Friendly version. It’s good, but I don’t find it as spectacular as what I had heard about before buying. I had a breville one before that which I thought was pretty good, but I can’t find hairdryers listed on their website, perhaps they no longer make them?

I recommend doing some research on the Turbo Ceramic Starlet, it’s a really good hair dryer and has multiple settings, also comes with different colours and things at the end where the air comes out of.
