My daughter is nearly 3 and I just let it grow naturally. We did get it cut a year ago, we used an iPad to distract her while she sat on her dads lap and she didn’t move at all. We’re just leaving it now, I normally tie the front up or do pigtails or a headband to keep it off her face.
