HELP WITH DRY HAIR

I always dye my hair blonde and in between my treatments I find that my hair gets very dry. I’ve tried lots of conditioners but have never found a proper hair mask that makes hair very soft.
someone help me! suggestions of good, affordable hair masks?

    Hi,

I had the same problem like you. I had very dry hair. Once a week i went in for home remedies like made packs at home with banana and yogurt or mayonnaise & yogurt, avocado &yogurt and many more.

Even though I don’t dye my hair it was getting dry and looking flat, I use coconut oil as a pre poo wash twice a week. Try to cut back on the times you wash your hair, I have cut back to twice weekly and this has done wonders. Also Argan oil on ends between washes really helps I’ve read ( haven’t got it but have ordered and waiting for it). Hope this helps

I’m with Krystal-Leigh my Pro Naturals Hair Repair System (shampoo, conditioner, hair mask and Moroccan argan oil leave in treatment) all contain argan oil.
I really like the hair mask Pro Naturals recommend using steam heating – I just wet a thin towel, wring it out and pop it in the microwave for 3 mins. I then wrap it around my hair and pop a shower cap on. When it is completely cool I rinse my hair, towel dry it and add the argan oil leave in treatment. I apply the oil mainly to the ends and partway up the hair shaft. This is sufficient to protect my hair from any heat damage.

I don’t think you can ever go wrong with moroccan oil every day. It is amazing. And using a hair treatment twice a week will really help aswell. I use a macadamia one it’s amazing. I swear by it. Sometimes i sleep with it in.

My favourite for when I’m putting my hair through a lot is Joico KPax Reconstructor. It’s a salon brand so it’s a bit pricier than priceline but if you go to Price Attack or Hairhouse Warehouse there’s usually a special every so often on it. It is really nourishing and hydrating but most importantly it supplements the protein in your hair and helps strengthen it. Leave it on for 10 – 20 minutes if you can but you need to shampoo first. After that conditioner is optional!

    This is it –

Another great one from a more well known brand is Goldwell

Both are around $25 and will last a while. I think it’s an investment you need to make when colour treating your hair.
