While I dont think hair products are the total solution, I’ve had great success with using Lee Stafford hair that never grows. I’ve used it for a month shampoo conditioner and treatment and my hair has grown heaps. Its amazing, worth it.

Hair growth isn’t stimulated by using products, it’s about having a healthy diet and lifestyle. The best thing to do is use conditioning products that protect the hair you’ve got!

I’m taking the Swisse Hair Skin and Nails as well. I’ve also started using tea rinses made from Sage, Rosemary, Nettle and Black tea.

I take supplements Q Silica or Swisse Hair Skin and Nails to improve the condition of my hair. I also use a Sukin protein hair treatment mask once a week.

What if your problem is your hair will only grow to a certain point?

I have never been able to grow my hair to beyond, well, the bottom of my boobs. I want super long hair, like nearly waist length. How?? Everything that grows beyond my current point is crap and has to be cut off.
