Hair fall

I am totally frustrated from my hair. Whenever I comb them I get lots of them in my comb and even when I touch them I found at least one or two in my hand I don’t know what to do what you say.

Yes if you think it’s excessive, maybe it could be the products themselves that you’re using on your hair? I remember when I tried one particular supermarket brand, my hair fell out like crazy!

i used to have the same problem, every time i would shower i would notice so much of my hair clogging up the drain and i thought it was normal then i switched shampoos and conditioner,i changed to matrix colourcretherapie shampoo with acai berry extract and rusk sensories leave in conditioner, also i got a wide toothed comb and now brush my hair from the ends and work my way up gently to get knots out,u may also not be shampooing your hair correctly,go to youtube and look up Farah Dhukai or go to dhukai.com,she will show u the correct way to shampoo your hair and has diy remedies to stop hair fall,i swear farah dhukai has TOTALLY changed the condition of my hair and i have next to no hair fall because of her,i cannot recommend her enough shes the bomb!!xx

If you think your hair fall is excessive, try reducing the amount of heat you apply to your hair (no blow drying, minimal straightening/curling etc) and have a look at the types of products you are using. I used to heat style my hair a lot but once I stopped I noticed less hair loss 🙂

Try to use products that will improve the quality of your hair over time like oil treatments 🙂

I agree with the comments posted, I have heard that we lose about 100 strands a day and that we grow new ones as well. I think it also depends whether you are stressed or it could be hormones.
But dont worry, I notice hair in my brush and in the shower too -daily.

Like Alice said it is completely normal, your’re lucky you only get one or two when you touch your hair. I get at least a handfull whenever i run my hands through my hair after brushing it.

That’s totally normal, up to 100 strands of hair fall out everyday. You can’t do anything about it. Mine is the worst in the shower because I don’t usually comb my hair (the hell that is curly hair has being gifted to me) and so it doesn’t have a chance to be combed out very often.
