Hair care is very important, there most of peoples are suffering form hair fall problem, that problem we face when we eat unhealthy diet and stay in lots of depression. so try to eat healthy diet and stay stress free. healthy diet and exercise keep us fit and strong, exercise reduce the stress level from our brain and healthy diet provide us healthy hair and protect our hairs from hair fall problem.

    I have consistently seen topics regarding dry and damaged hair and have personally experienced this.Coconut oil can prevent thinning which can prevent further hair loss.     Jane, thats right diet has a major impact to improve hair and skin, but some how we have to use something if we have a rough or bad skin. Sometimes we need oiling to improve our hairs condition. I had a hair fall issue last whole year, i took medicines even but nothing worked and i was really stressed and fed up with all that, Searched on Internet, Watched youtube videos but nothing was working well with my hairs solution. Last month i bought Argan oil for my hairs from http://www.100purearganoil.com and used it on my hairs, It was a bit warm at start but then i used to it. Now i am applying it regularly and my hairs are in good condition.     Agree I am a great believer that your diet helps both your skin and hair, so would encourage a balanced diet which includes fresh fruit & veg, lean protein, nuts & seeds, fish, and lots of water.
