Electric tooth brush or manual?

Hubby and I use an electric toothbrush. So much easy than using a manual toothbrush. What about everyone else?

    Manual for sure!

I love my electric toothbrush, it has a timer and so I know that I’m spending the time I should on each section. Apparently your teeth health has become really important as gum disease can impact on your body health.

I also use the Oral B electric toothbrush. Sometimes I also brush my teeth manually as I have Invisalign and I find that my teeth feels extra clean after the electric followed by a quick manual clean!

Electronic is good for people that have a tendency to brush too hard.

My dentist says both as each had their benefits! But I tend to stick to the electric as I am lazy and I find the manual gives a less clean feeling (most likely all in my head).

    Electric. Hands down.
It does the hard work for you (future of speech). I use the Oral b one and change up the bristle heads every few months. I’ve currently got one with flossing parts to it. Love it, and won’t go back to manual.

I use the Oral B electric tooth brush and love the clean feeling it leaves my mouth.
I definitely prefer it over manual brushing.

I’ve started using an electric toothbrush a couple of months ago and I’m never looking back! My teeth feel much more clean. I do however make sure I get one with a soft toothbrush head because my teeth are somewhat sensitive.
