Nudity from so called celebrities

I wish these so called celebrities would cover up. No one needs to nude up to show they are pregnant. I am looking at you Kim K. Pregnancies is lovely and photo shoots can be done with class. That woman has none. I wonder what her poor daughter will think when she is old enough to use the Internet?

It’s more sad that these ‘celebrities’ are seen as role models for our children. Working with kids, I can’t stress enough how much kids really are picking up on these days.

I’m not a Kardashian fan at all, I don’t think I will ever understand how any of them are ‘famous’. But at the end of the day it is her body and she is free to do whatever she likes with it. Every single woman is. Some women find power in flaunting their sexiness, others find it in modesty. It’s what makes us beautiful unique creatures. We don’t have to agree with every opinion/action/choice a person makes, but if history has taught us anything it’s that spreading hate never achieves anything positive..

In my eyes this trend is very sad if not pathetic. I wonder if one must have some horrible complexes to feel the need to exhibit oneself of maybe it’s a result of shallow nature of particular human?

I think good on them for being confident, they are entitled to do what they like but I also agree that there may be negative connotations as well. It may encourage younger girls to think being provocative is sexy. My traditional side tells me being conservative is not a bad thing especially if they are stripping down only for the money!

I’m all for positive body image but when my insta feed is filled with celebs and even female friends with their chests and bottoms out in a sexual manner…. I dunno, it’s just a bit much.
Young girls/people with low self-esteem, look up to these celebrities and they end up thinking that in order to attract a man, they HAVE to post provocative pictures of themselves.
There are ways to be comfortable with your body (and attracting a man) without showing the world your lady garden!

I’m all for body positivity. Male, female, small, large any race, age whatever! If you’re proud of your body, you have every right to show it off it you want too.

I completely agree with missm19, I don’t mind if they want to post photos, but to try and say they are doing it for a good cause every single time they upload a nude selfie is ridiculous. They are purposefully doing it in a sexy manner, ‘celebrities’ such as Kim K and Em Rata need a wake up call. No wonder there are so many young girls with anorexia and bulimia, they are so heavily influenced by these ‘role models’ they believe that is how a female body naturally is supposed to look! Grr!

Just because a person is the same gender as me it doesn’t mean that I have to condone and commend their actions.

Race, gender, age, religion etc aside; I have my own set of moral/ethical beliefs that I will not compromise just because this person is the same “gender” or the same skin colour as me.

The true lesson here is to let everyone have their own opinion and live their own life. Don’t put people on blast for not sharing the same opinion as you, not everyone falls in to one moral template.
