Cath Up TV Problems

Does anyone else have catch up TV and it hardly ever works properly. I often have shows on at same time on different channels so want to use my new TV to catch up at a later time but I’ve had so many problems it’s not funny. I have a brand new Smart TV Panasonic with the modem quite close to it. My family and friends who have other TVs including Sony, Samsung and also Panasonic say they have the same problem. When they try to watch a program it either doesn’t load at all even after a few days or takes forever and keeps stopping and starting. It’s so frustrating. I got so annoyed last night fiddling with The Voice forever as it wouldn’t load I ended up having to watch it on my computer and it’s just not the same. Anyone else have issues with Catch Up??? Very curious to hear your stories if you do.
