DIY Waxing Adventures

Okay, pretty sure this goes in bodycare and not “hair” hahaha.

I recently started waxing my upper lip (as I tutor small children who get very overexcited when they see “a lady with a moustache!!”… children.), and then I started waxing pretty much everything in sight, from my snail trail to my bikini line to my legs.

I’m pretty good with the smaller areas, like snail trail and facial hair etc. but when it comes to the larger areas I really struggle. I think it’s a problem with not being able to see “everything” or reach the right spots at the right angles haha! I’m doing a pretty patchy job (which is, admittedly, very funny, but I’d like to improve). Does anyone have any tips for how to DIY wax your own legs/bikini line?

Whoops, forgot to mention I have been using Nad’s wax strips in various sizes.

Great tips Khajitt. I used to get Brazilian every 6 weeks but lately been putting it off as im really time poor thanks to my little ones. I’m going to try DIY waxing when their in bed and hopefully get the job done properly.

My tip is.. and this sounds pretty strange saying it out loud.. is mirrors.
It’s probably not for everyone but I’ve had to do some pretty gymnastic moves to wax thoroughly.

A light also helps because it illuminates the hairs and you can tell if you’ve missed anywhere. If you don’t need to get into new stretchy poses just go with the light, it really really helps.
