Best Product for Sore muscles

Hi

Can any one recommend any products that are great for sore muscles?

I have tried Deep Heat, Tiger Balm and Ice gel.

I love these products as when I have been working out or been doing something in the garden or that is strenuous I find that these products really help.

I was wondering if anyone knew what the best product or what product they liked best for sore muscles

Pineapple juice is good for sore muscles. Something in it, maybe magnesium (?), helps with the muscle recovery. I have tried and tested this and it really does work. I drank a Litre bottle in one night and my muscles felt heaps better the next day. Luckily I love Pineapple juice!

hmm Ariana is enjoying life by the sound of things.reading ur post Scensation i think i should start using our bath then.i used to wish we had one when we were in our old flat.now we have a bath in one toilet and a shower as a en suit.so maybe i should make use of it.i just don`t want ot waste all that water but once in a while why not.plus i have to confess i am secretly worried i will have to start running baths for my husband everyday if he finds me enjoying a nice hot bath(he tries nearly everything that i use! 🙂

Not alone but here it is mentioned combined in a sports massage oil, sounds like it could be a winner.

hrmmm Arnica is brilliant for bruising melmeko but i have never found it to be much chop for muscle aches
Have to rate goanna oil highly and tiger balm (but not the stuff you can get in supermarkets here) got onto it from my aunt when she was in china studying chinese medicine and i think they must have a different formula. Only places i`ve found the same one here have been asian pharmacies or grocers

I went to a lady who does alternative therapies a while ago and she used clove oil, smelled good and really warmed up, but I don`t know anything else about using it. Also just yesterday I think it was there was an article about Weleda Sports Massage Oil extra strength with Arnica on BH which I`m definitely going to try.

Ha!!! Hey I was going to suggest yoga/pilates, I don`t really get soreness as such but I do often feel stiff and a bit achey it`s to do with me being stuck at a desk most days I think but I always feel very loose and relaxed after a session. : )
