I can help you for the photographer if you`re planning to have one of course3. My sister booked Sydphotos for her wedding few months ago. We just received the album and honestly it`s stunning. I know also that it was not very expensive. Depends on which package you choose. Have a look on their website it could help[.

You dont have to worry about the sizing as you provide the measurements, and they make it according to those measurements. Quality is great (just make sure you check the feedback) If you find a dress in a store and it is too much for your budget, get a picture of it and send it to one of them, they can make virtually any dress for cheaper. I have bought my dress from ebay, and no problems so far, Marks sister got an ebay dress and no issues, she looked stunning. My sister in law got an ebay dress and was beautiful, and my mum did as well. So none of us have had any issues with our dresses bought on ebay. (I have not worn mine on my wedding day yet, but I have it safe and sound) But your dress is up to you, I am just letting you know it is a very valid option for saving money.

id be kinda careful about ebay esp if from china, and check their feedback! also it may be smaller or bigger than expected or may not be what you expect! plus i guess since your going to be the spotlight and your husband you want your wedding dress to be spectacular!!! and would probably want to try on dresses before you buy or maybe to save money you could rent it! many places do this, and also you could decorate the place for the reception or decorate the church or garden wherever you have it! good luck and congrats to both of you on getting hitched! =]

Oh and if you want an easy way of sharing everything with everyone with out sending our hundreds of emails, or making heaps of phone calls. There is a site that lets you build a wedding page for free.
http://www.momentville.com is the site, the cater for begginers (click a few buttons and type your info in and pages created) or mid skilled (click a few more buttons and type info to personalise to create pages) Or the expert which is type all your own html stuff to create your own pages.
if you wish to have a look at a finished site, you can view mine at http://www.momentville.com/markandcharmaine people can subscribe to your page so they get an email automatically when you update or add something to the site as your plans progress.
Hope this helps & good luck. If i think of anything else I will let you know 🙂

    Hi TKM.
I am planning my wedding at the moment as well. With a very similar budget. My biggest tip and it may sound cheesy, but for your dress…. EBAY. There are a lot of beautiful dresses online that can be made to your size (custom made) and they are roughly $350AUD to be sent here.
I have a friend who spent $2700 on her wedding dress and I found the EXACT dress that could be custom made on ebay for $200USD. Also there is no issue with asking your bridesmaids to pay for their own dresses, esp if they get to keep it after.
Another budget saver is check the costs of reception and ceremony locations for different days of the week. Our reception venue on Saturdays and Sundays is $200 more expensive then on the remainder of the days of the week.
Also work out if you can do your own stationery, that could also save you a few hundred dollars.
