It went okay… There were about 10 – 15 people there and we all had to stand up and talk about ourselves in front of everyone!

Argggh! I’m not very good with public speaking but I think I got through it… I just introduced myself, talked about how weird it is to finish high school and even cracked some jokes (out of nervousness!) lol. The guy asked me what 3 things are important for good customer service and I just said you have to believe in the product, be friendly, direct utmost attention towards the customer as they’re most important and so forth… But yeah, I didn’t find the questions terribly hard.

Finding out the verdict tomorrow!!!! They definitely take into consideration the way you look and present yourself… kind of superficial but hmmm, that’s promotional sales for you!

How was the interveiw??

and oops forgot! if its a group interview, you need to stand out from the rest!
Show you can work in a team, take charge of the conversations and show that you can also lead a team aswell as work in one! 🙂

Definitely something business attire!
They will ask questions like ” What will you bring to our business”
and you will answer, a positive attitude, a strong passion for the industry and a very motivated personality!

And they will ask how you will grow their business.
Eg) recruiting new customers and building a loyal base

@ Roxymisha: Yup, they definitely stress the importance of being well presented. So no jeans whatsoever! I really don’t know if this job is right for me, but being free from high school and all that, I’m interested to see how it’ll turn out… Thanks for replying.
