I’m sure that if my mum hadn’t had a miscarriage she would’ve ended up in a place like Stanton House. It’s a period of time she doesn’t get into specifics about. I can’t imagine being a pregnant teen in the later 60s. Especially one that was raped.

I would love to know about when mum had a wild time. She was a cleaner in Kings Cross from the age of 16 – 20. I know very vague details about her dating American servicemen out on R & R and seeing legendary bands.

I’m sure my mum isn’t the only one not watching this wonderful Australian Drama.

Everytime the ad comes on, I look in case they have a starting day and always COMING SOON!Grrrrrrr, it looks so good and there is nothing on tv worth watching, which is probably why they are holding back until the other networks put up their shows so they can go up against them in the ratings war!
They are giving away so much in the promos! Can’t wait to see ‘Patrick’ (Mathew Le Nevez) back on TV!

I would say by all the advertising they are doing now that it possibly could come on when The Block winds up.

Best Aussie TV drama in years. I’m looking forward to Season 2. Hopefully it’s not too far away, Ch 9 is promoting it pretty heavily
