Communication Preferences Issue

SoI filled out the profile section called Communication Preferences, as you get 20 points for doing so. Firstly, I clicked I think two or three options and still had a red flag when I saved it, so I tried ticking all of the boxes and I still have the red flag. Does anyone know why this is happening?

    I just refreshed my page and ’20 points for Communication Preferences’ appeared at the top. Thank you Beth x

    Same thing is happening to me!

    I emailed support and Beth said they’ve notified the tech team.
