Have you heard of creating your own nude colour by applying a mosturising base (chapsticks etc.) then apply concealer over your lips and then putting your own choice of lipgloss over it =]

I use the L’Oreal Colour Riche lipsticks and there is one suited for pale skin, although I don’t know the name/number, but it’s indicated on the tube which one is for fair skin/blond hair.

L’oreal and Revlon are really good, get something with cream/pink tones to suit your complexion

I have a cool fair complexion too, and I’ve found this mary kay lippy called Nectar that I just love! It is kind of a pale pinky/apricot/tawny sort of colour, and I can’t believe it suits me because I too love pink based lipsticks. I wear it all the time when I want dramatic eyes. It’s also nice with a bit of gloss over it.

Smashbox have a lippie called Nude, which is a flesh colour. Haven’t tried it myself, but I have bought in bulk for ebay.

I’ve used a couple of nude lipsticks from the Harlotte range. The names are a bit cheeky and naughty but it’s a nice playful range. I have a nude lipstick in the shade of “birthday suit” which is a gorgeous pale pink shade. It’s a great colour for a light complexion. There’s a lot of beige, browns, caramel and pinks in the range too :)

That’s the bad thing about lipsitck and lipglosses, your try them on your hand but they look totally different on your lips! :(

Becca sheer tint in Estella is the holy grail of nude lippie…
I am also pale…this stuff just seems to melt into your skin tone…it’s to die for…
I’ve done a review on it on here

hi girls!
Melbeauty13 do u try your lipstick/s on the back of your hand? if so, it’s best if you try it on your fingertip, because it’s the cloest shade colour to your lips. I know it sounds a bit dirty but beats having the wrong colour on your lips. I usually carry detol hand sanitize. Goodluck with finding the right one!

I agree with Amj, the Becca sheer tints are gorgeous. Maybelline has a good range of nude lipsticks too. And Mac are sure to have the right colour for you.

I was just about to suggest the LOreal Colour Riche lipsticks, but saw that Eastgirl had beat me to it!
They are great though, moisturising, and go on really smoothly. There are some great shades :]
Good luck!

Today when I was at Priceline with Beauty Obsession, they had Loreal Colour Riche lipsticks in exactly my colour (231) for sale for $10! Of course I bought one to stock up.

I also have a Loreal colour riche lipstick for brunette’s (number 241) and the colour is lovely and natural. I do find that it has quiet a strong chemical taste to it though.
