How often should you exfoliate your feet?

Confused about when to scrub? Don’t be! Feet care isn’t an exact ritual – it depends on the needs of your feet. If you’ve got mild – moderately dry feet, exfoliating in the shower once a fortnight is sufficient. Severely dry, cracked or callused feet benefit from a weekly to twice-weekly exfoliating scrub and pumice stone rub, which will prevent hardened areas from building up further and maintain feet health.

I have a pumice stone sitting in the shower but I so often forget to use it so my poor feet defiently dont get the fortnightly scrub
