Great

I've been using this toothpaste for a couple of years - since my dentist first recommended it to me. It has a nice minty taste that lasts quite well and my teeth feel "sparkling" clean after using it.
I especially like the packaging for the 160g size as it stands up on its end. This is very convenient for me.

I'm not sure about the anti bacterial claims but if the dentist recommended it they must have some basis in fact.

Elimitates bad breath

I really like the effectiveness of this toothpaste. The consistency is a bit gritty though and it does leave the gritty feeling behind. My boyfriend used to have horrible breath especially in the mornings and this is the only toothpaste I've found that helps with this. He still gets morning breath of course but it's nowhere near as bad. I also find this toothpaste helps with sensitive teeth. I use sensodyne on and off and usually find the effects of that are maintained longer with Colgate total than other toothpastes. I switch up my toothpastes a fair bit (according to what is on special ha ha) but this is now an essential for my bf!

mmm

i don't know if it's because i've changed toothpastes
but i don't really like this one
i feel like having i use it my mouth goes dry and doesn't smell that great
it feels nice when you're brushing your teeth and smooth but not after
although i do see my teeth brighting and looking cleaner just not so much the smell

Great!

I've been using this for quite a while now, it is very good. It is inexpensive as well. It keeps my teeth clean and has a light minty taste.

Good for everyday use

Ive been using this toothpaste for a few years now and really like it. It is cheap and lasts for a while and isn't too minty. It doesn't sting my sensitive gums which is a bonus. Keeps my teeth clean although it doesn't whiten-only downside for me

Great Everyday Toothpaste

I bought this toothpaste for my 9 yr old daughter to use. She has about 8 adult teeth now that are not a white colour but more a cream/yellowish colour. So to assist her with everyday brushing and to help whiten and keep her teeth super clean I decided to change her to this more adult toothpaste. Her teeth are looking much healthier and cleaner and I feel that this is a great one for her to use constantly now that she has the adult teeth.

GREAT

This is my favourite toothpaste because it makes my teeth white, clean feeling, and great. I love the minty taste it leaves in my mouth after I've brushed my teeth. It isn't overpowering, but just the right amount so that your teeth feel clean.

good.

This had been around for a while, when i go to the shop i usually just get whats on special but lately i have been getting this one.
It has a nice taste and gives fresh breath.
Its basically like all toothpastes but gives a total clean.
Overall good product!

Colgate Total - Totally awesome!

We like this toothpaste a lot at my place. This is the basic white version of Total, not gel, not whitening etc. It's well priced, has a fresh minty taste, does a good job and is from a trustworthy brand. I also love the Total toothbrushes.

Clean & Fresh, what a feelling.

I love Colgate total toothpaste, it keeps my teeth clean all day, no build up around the gums. It has a great refreshing taste to it as well, keeps breath fresh. The fact that it comes in an assortment of flavours is a bonus, caters for different people. Colgate total is very reasonable in price, quite cheap compared to other sorts.

Good stuff.

Classic toothpaste

I've been using this as my regular tooth paste since i can remember.
Its great! This mint flavor isn't overbearing.
Keeps my teeth and gums clean and healthy.
Leaves my mouth feeling fresh for ages.
Price is great too.

Good value.

I find this toothpaste does everything I need a toothpaste to do for me. I don't like strong minty tastes in the morning, so this is a really good product for me.

Its a standard

This is the standard toothpaste at our place. The mint isn't overbearing or burning. I believe it does a better job with whitening (I know that's not it's sales pitch) , since using it my teeth have pretty much stayed the same shade.
The only negative is that it can leave your mouth feeling dry.....but clean.

NOTHING TO GET YOUR PANTIES IN A TWIST! :P

I found this was just like your ordinary toothpaste. It didn't have any wow-factor that I had to stop and pause to admire and it made my mouth feeling cleansed and refreshed- just like any other toothpaste. I didn't see any improvement to the whiteness of my teeth so that was a downside.The smell isn't overpowering and it felt really lovely to be able to have the just-brushed-my-teeth scent but overall nothing to be excited about.

My rock

This toothpaste is literally my rock. I sometimes switch to other toothpastes, but always go back to this! Colgate Total keeps my teeth and gums squeeky clean and as healthy as ever. But because my teeth are sensitive, I alternate between this and sensodyne.

Didn't stay fresh for long

Colgate does the job

Colgate has fantastic products and this product is one of them, it completely cleans my mouth and keeps it fresh and clean throughout the day. I always use colgate and i find it's one of the best brands to keep your teeth away from bad breath to decay. Always brush your teeth and keep clean!

A trusted brand

The only toothpaste that i have ever used and will ever use. I trust colgate because of the fact that this product and their other products dont have any sugar in it. You can definately feel a difference after brushing your teeth and most importantly its doesnt burn in your mouth

WOW

So I was going to be dancing infront of a crowd bigger than 20,000 so I needed nice clean teeth well when I brushed my teeth with this when I got on stage and they dimmed the lights my friend told me my teeth were glowing dimly I mean if they clean them that much they must be good and they stayed white through the whole day!

Colgate keeps the tartar away

I was lucky, touch wood, to have had a mother to teach me the value of taking care of your teeth. Even though I don't have cavities sometimes I can get some tartar in my teeth and when I do I interchange my colgate toothpastes with this one until it's gone then I go back to using the colgate sensitive.
