Considering they spend most of their careers behind a camera, in front of a microphone, or holding press conferences, you’d think celebs would be well practiced in the art of talking.
Unfortunately it seems that when you take away their scripts, lyrics, and speeches and they’re left to their…uh…own devices, things can get a little bit interesting.
Luckily for us, they’re constantly surrounded by reporters so we don’t have to miss out gems like these…

OMG, those people are so dumb - they don't even deserve to be famous! I remember that Mariah quote from ages ago, but I can't believes she would say that. GWB is a laugh! I remember a quote from David Beckham saying that his favourite book is his own book, and his second favourite book is his wife's - he's not the sharpest tool in the shed.

Seriously? How can these people be so... dumb? But on the other hand everyone has their dumb blonde moments.
I agree Mariah's quote was the most awfully selfish sentence, Arnie and GWB's quotes make you think 'wtf? they're politicians!'
I guess you don't need to be smart to be famous (just look at The Jersey Shore lol).

hahaaha Charlie sheen sooo dumb and clueless!!! and also gob smakers there but another that i coodnt believe is AL Gore man people take the mickey out of him i totally get why!!!! i think i was really young when he was in power cause i dont know when he was in government or anything?

ROFL! ha ha, this has cheered me up to read so many plain, outright silly comments, lol. I can't pick a worst because they are all pretty shockers. Must admit, some comments Charlie Sheem has made in interviews etc of late have really made him appear less than what my opinion of him was before. Would love to say what i think but don't want to be sued for slander, lol. Ahh, celebs :)

Those are hilarious. You could do a whole article on the dumb things that Jessica Simpson has said. She use to be in that reality TV show with her then-husband and she though buffalo wings were made from buffalos. On another episode she was saying how great the fragrances of some candles were and when she had a look at the bottle of the candle is said unscented. Classic

These are so good! I think being famous must eat away at brain cells. No wonder they're in the entertaining business. Poor Linda E. though - to think she still doesn't eat what she really wants to! She just doesn't know what she's missing!
