The end of 2011 is nigh, beauties, and boy, it’s been one busy year for some of our favourite celebrities – sometimes good, sometimes…not so good.
From weddings, babies, skyrocketing careers, superstar dresses, and fabulous make-up, to disaster red carpet frocks, embarrassing make-up faux pas, and shocking and jaw-dropping scandals, we’ve seen a lot of things surrounding celebrities (and let’s admit it, we’ve kind of enjoyed it all).
So just in case you’ve forgotten the year that was for some of Hollywood’s A-listers, we’ve put together a gallery of the best and worst of 2011 as a helpful reminder (we wouldn’t want you wasting your time and trawling through your old tabloid mags)….

Whoa, it's a tough call with this collection, but Arnie's love child was pretty surprising. Nina Dobrev gets my vote for most stunning look :-)

What can I say, Miranda Kerr how fabulous is she and on the other side of the coin those mismatching shoes on the red carpet is pretty freaky, I wouldn't be that game.

I think it was definitely Miranda Kerr's year. Not only did she get one of my fav actors to marry her but she had her first child and still as a body to die for.

Emma Watson, Lea Michele and Heather Morris all look so elegant, beautiful and sophisticated.. love it!
And definitely yes, I think any celebrity should have a flash photography setup at home to test out before any red carpet or fancy event. So many of them have been caught by an unfortunate flash causing their previously radiant or opaque makeup/outfit respectively to go awry!

Juliette Lewis's outfit is horrendous!!! Wow - I think Charlie Sheen was probably the biggest mess out of the lot, not that it was unexpected.
Some gorgeous outfits this year though :)

I think the worst was Charlie Sheens meltdown not only mentally but physically, and I think the best was Jen Aniston finding love and Jessica Simpsons baby news.

I think it's so nice Lily Allen has finally had some good luck. The worst story aould have to be the Kim Kardashian wedding fiasco, she's so fake, boring and untalented.

Thankfully a bad choice in clothing is temporary and can thrown out, bad behaviour/character can be improved (Lilo!) but poor Charlie Sheen's brain seems permanently fried by those drugs he made a decision to take. That's a waste to say the least.

Some very terrible outfits but some great ones too. I would have to say some of the interesting/highly publicized new stories of 2011 include Michael Jackson's trial, Ashon & Demi's divorce & Shane & Liz's engagement.

Not really that interested in celebrities. I would hate to be under the scrutiny that they are under from the media.....and it is usually really intense when something is going wrong in their lives!!

Shocked at Arnie's scandal - not the fact that he had a lovechild, but that he lied about it for well over a decade. Jerk! Not at all surprised by K.Kardashian's MockWedding - but shocked that I missed Juliette Lewis' pants! Find Charlie Sheen's apparent mental illness just sad - same with Lindsay Lohan's situation... Also, who would expect less from Swinton or Helena! At least the shoes were deliberately mismatched!!
