Whether you’re a structured strands kinda girl, or you love your locks all loose and boho-like, odds are you’ll be looking for a sexy hairstyle come February 14th.
And we’ve no doubt you’ll be on the hunt for that perfect make-up look too. Whatever your wishes this Valentine’s Day, rest assured that there’s a way to wear your hair and make-up that will make him fall in love with you all over again! We’ll show you how…

Tousled tresses with Isabel Lucas
Lucas pulls off this down-do without a hitch. Add extensions to your own hair for cascading waves that float down your back.
1. To start, take to damp hair with a product that will keep it in check, but still allow for some natural movement. We love Herbal Essences Tousle Me Softly Mousse, as it contains ‘touch-hold’ technology for easy styling that lasts.
2. Once dry, accentuate your hair’s natural movement with a thick curling tong that will produce medium to loose waves. Remington Curls Curls Curls (CI550) comes with four attachments for different curl size, so it’s easy to create a natural-looking head of curls.
3. When your waves are set, grab a piece of hair from the front left section of your hair and twist it upwards and back, before pinning it place on the left side of your head. Note: pin the twisted piece underneath a loose section of hair so that the bobby pin is concealed.
4. To finish, spritz your locks with a long-hold hairspray that won’t give you that ‘crunchy’ look. We love Herbal Essences Tousle Me Softly Hair Spray for this, as it allows for natural movement of the hair, while simultaneously preventing frizz and holding the style.

Very pretty but I have short hair =D
Nice to see Isabel a little more done up and a little less hippy-looking.

I really like this look. I should really invest in some curling tongs, but I'm so useless when it comes to hair styling :(

Love her hair, but am not fussed on the really dark eyebrows with blondish coloured locks, she has recently gone darker I think and it suits those brows better :)

The long, tousled look for a date always looks good.
As Mel said she should just let her hair go dark. It doesn't look that good with the dark eyebrows.

Long tousled look is the best look for a date I think, yes.
Isabel looks good here except for the multi-tone colouring.

nice, except for the 'extensions' idea - imagine if one came out while he had his hands in your hair! awkward!

Love the look in terms of the style
Colour - I'm sure she would say it's 'balayage'. Just looks like shocking regrowth. Men like the natural look but not the unkempt look. They don't get or like 'balayage' and frankly with it looking just like filthy regrowth (except you've paid a stack to get it done!) - neither do it!

I've always wanted to have long, wavy locks but I'm not one to spend too much time prepping my hair, apart from a quick hair straightening.

Wow I love this look, and yes the long tousled look is right up my alley, takes alot of time to get my hair looking like that but its worth it in the end

Her makeup here really changes her look. I think her blonder, lighter (less fake tan, less dark brows look was nicer) Hertousled locks however as a style are gorgeous and I love it and would happily wear my hair like that!
