Insolia® Inserts are high heel inserts created by podiatrist, Howard Dananberg, DPM, in response to the hundreds of women who came to his practice because they had suffered from injuries from wearing high heels. He found that not only do high heels shift weight to the forefoot, but they put the entire body out of balance too, leading to discomfort.

The only logical solution to reduce the negative effects of high heels was to reverse this weight shift. With this solution in mind he conceptualised a product that used cleverly engineered contouring to reposition the foot in a high heel, mimicking a lower heel.

The result was Insolia high heel inserts, which make wearing heels more comfortable and less detrimental to foot and postural health.

Insolia® Inserts

Insolia Inserts from All Day Heels are high heel inserts that use pressure-shifting contours to fundamentally change the way a woman stands in high heels. Unlike padding, cushioning or arch support products, Insolia high heel inserts actually shift pressure off the ball of the foot, redistributing it back onto the heel, where the weight naturally should be, making heels more comfortable to wear for longer. The result is reduced forefoot and toe pressure, a balance closer to wearing flat shoes, improved body alignment, ankle stability, increased comfort, and relief from the painful burning sensation experienced by women when they wear high heels. Insolia® Inserts allow women to wear their high heels in comfort for three to four times as long as they normally could. In addition, they make women look better in their high heels by creating a more natural walk with better posture.
