I’ve decided at the grand old age of 25 that I want a beauty spot. I don’t know what’s brought on this sudden urge to go all Cindy C. I’m thinking it my have something to do with my new model crush, Karlie K (Kloss in case you were wondering), who sported one in Paris. So obviously I have to have one in Sydney.
Karlie, FYI ladies, is a face you’ll soon start to see everywhere. Everywhere I tell you. Perhaps most fabulously in Marc Jacobs new fragrance ad (for Lola) which I will tell you more about in precisely 89 days. What I will say for now is: most fabulous flacon ever. Ever. So why not get ahead of the times and start name-dropping her to ensure added kudos from your friends? It could go a little something like this…
“Did you see that amazing beauty spot that Karlie Kloss rocked at Jean Paul Gaultier’s fall couture show in Paris? How cool was that. I’d love to have one.”
You would? Well, why not draw one on using these crafty kohls. I sure as hell am.
A kohl is your best bet you see (unless you’re genetically blessed with a real beauty spot that is) as the formulation is soft on skin so it glides on with ease.
Try:
Max Factor Kohl Pencil in Black
Musq Mineral Makeup Mineral Eyeliner Kohl Pencil in Onyx
Rimmel London Soft Kohl Kajal Eye Pencil in Jet Black
Prestige Cosmetics Mechanical Pencil Waterproof Lip & Eye
Physicians Formula MicroKohl Eye Definer Ultra-Slim Automatic Kohl Eyeliner Pencil in Warm Black
Revlon Matte Kohl Eyeliner in Black Truffle
Clinique Kohl Shaper for Eyes in Black Coffee
Mavala Switzerland Eyelight Kohl Kajal in Black
What do you think of beauty spots? Glamorous? Old Hollywood? Or ‘80s badness and to be avoided at all costs? You can tell me, I promise not to take offence.
