1. Remove nail colour and clean nails, lightly smooth nails with file.
2. Push back cuticles with wooden cuticle stick.
3. Select correct size strip for each nail.
4. Remove clear protective plastic cover. Gently peel strip from the backing paper.
5. Place rounded edge against cuticle line. When aligned, press strip onto nail and gently rub.
6. Smooth excess over nail edge. Gently file away excess from nail edge.

They work super well on my nails and the only upkeep I needed to do over the last ten days is a trim with my nail scissors as by the ninth day I found the tips were wearing off a bit. **So a quick tip I have is: at around day nine a quick trim with scissors/file with a nail file can tidy everything up again quickly and they still look like like fantastic, shiny, healthy nails! **
