“…I must recommend that you do a iMatch session because the foundation is then matched perfectly to your skin tone. I really almost had to take another look in the mirror after it had been applied, it looked like my natural skin tone but better. It lasted the rest of the day perfectly.
The challenge was the next day to use the 10-day sample as effectively with a foundation brush as the lady at the counter did. This I was able to do quite easily.
The foundation is sheer and lightweight, almost giving you the feeling that you don’t have any foundation on. It doesn’t have any smell (that I can detect) and it does last almost the whole day in the office environment (as long as I don’t touch my face as I usually do). “I was sent along to the Estee Lauder counter at the Adelaide David Jones to undertake the iMatch consultation for foundation. Carly, the lovely and extremely knowledgeable counter manager, was so helpful and I learnt so much from her about make-up application in just 15 minutes. There was absolutely no pressure to buy any products and she managed to make me feel like a million dollars with just a few flicks of her make-up brushes!…The Double Wear really does what it says on the box – stays in place all day and into the night. The coverage is medium and covers all blemishes and spots, yet doesn’t settle into wrinkles…It’s game over for me – the search for the perfect foundation is won!
